這裡釀造的紅葡萄酒由西拉、歌海娜、佳麗釀、慕合懷特、神索和馬瑟蘭釀造。顏色從鮮豔的寶石紅到深紅色，泛著紫紅色的光澤，釋放出紅色，黑色水果，香料，甘草及灌木叢的芳香。有些則呈現出花香，木香和焙烤的香氣。對於部分以西拉為主的特釀，其陳釀時間可以長達十年。
